Training whilst pregnant can be a scary thing for most. I want to offer support to those of you who want to continue their training after the 12-week scan, or those of you who want to feel in control of their bodies during this wonderfully exciting, ever-changing time.
After those 9months brings the biggest change to your body, and of course the most wonderful gift.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
I will work with you personally to find your fitness confidence, to achieve your goals and to begin your life-long training. Fitness isn't a sprint or a quick fix - so let's make it fun at least.
I will design a bespoke fitness programme, after we have a free consultation.
I will have regular contact with you throughout to see how you are getting on. Encouragement and reminders are definitely the best way to keep striving through the fitness journey with a me as your Personal Trainer. Positivity, confidence and longevity.
I want you to be able to feel confident in a gym, on the street, in your own skin.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Life is hectic. Time is money. Need some guidance. On my own time.
Sounds like 1-2-1 Online PT is the way for you.
This is a more affordable way to work with, and to work with you schedule.
Each week we will check in with each other, over Skype/ Face time or phone call to discuss the week.
You’ll receive a personal workout plan for each month, based on your own goals and aspirations. All will be contained within an app, which also has a video library of over 900 videos to see how to do all the exercises.
Then there are a few options to choose from:
3x sessions a week : £100 a month
2x session a week: £85 a month
1x session a week: £70 a month
Here is a more sociable scenario, where two of you workout together. A friend, colleague, partner, parent, whomever you wish.
Some like to make it competitive, some just like the support; whichever you're after this could be the session for you.
Like with the 1-2-1 sessions, I as a Personal Trainer will design a bespoke fitness plan for the two of you and offer nutritional advice along side.
I offer support, encouragement through the week and advice on nutrition, meal ideas and ways to include fitness into your day to day life.
I am looking to encourage actors to get fit and healthy; to look after themselves physically and mentally in what is known as a very tough industry. I want actors to find a confidence in themselves and in their craft as well.
I feel this is something our industry sometimes struggles to do.
